PROVISIONAL COMMITTEE APPOINTED. (PRESS ASSOCIATION TELEGRAM.) WELLINGTON, July 23. General Orders announce the appointment of cut; following provisional Demobilisation Committee: — Surcpo'i-General it. S. i<\ Henderson, Director-General of Medical Services. Colonel C. M. Gibbon, Chief of the General Staff. Colonel It. "W. Tate, Adjutant-Gene-ral. Lieut.-Colonel J. J. Esson, Deputy-Oui'-cr-in-Charjro of Administration, Qu'irterraaster-General's Department. Lieut.-Colonci T. A. Hunter, Director of Dental Services. Major T. McCristell, Director o* Equipment and Ordnance Stores. ! Major Norton Francis, Director ot Base Records. Captain A. F. Roberts, Director rl Field Artillery. Captain H. C. Nutsford, Director of Mo.-tments and Quartering. The following will form the executive ;— Major M. M. Gard'ner, Director of Garrison Artillery. Major R. 13. Smythe, General StaiT Officer 2, General Headquarters. Major C. E. Andrews, Assistant-Al-jutant-General. These officers will assist in the preparation of a demobilisation Bchemo, and will consider points referred to, them by the Government as occasion arises. Demobilisation will not be treated as a purely military problem.
