LONDON, July 8. According to the Paris correspondent • of Renter's Agency, the "Petit Journal" states that Count von Mirbach, when at the German Legation in Athens, was the real Premier of Greece, and, with tho assistance of the no tori- > ous Baron von Schenk, caused ail the j misfortune's which befell General j Sarrail's army. ! He was sent to Russia to act in a ! similar way.
