BREACHES BY CADETS,
At the Magistrate's Court oft Friday before Mr T. A. 11. Bailey, S.M., 142 Senior Cadet 3 were charged with a broach of the Defence Act, either in failing to register or in failing to attend drill. A number of the charges were withdrawn. Other cases resulted as follows: —
Thomas Howley, fined £3 and costs, John Maurice Morgan, William Matthew Maloney, and Clive Victor Lamb, each finod 40s and costs.-
Lionel Trevena Gay and Jack Taylor, each fined 30s and costs.

Polaschck, Alfred George Ringdaltl, Horaco Taigel, Ralph Tregance, John Cox Willis, and Albert Cartwright, coch fined 20s and costs.

A charee against Robert Bruce Broscahnn Olr Cassidy) of failing to register was withdrawn after evidence had been heard.
