ALLEGED SEDITIOUS UTTERANCES.
SUMMONSES ISSUED. Summonses have been issued against Messrs E. Langlev, J. Flood, and H. Hunter to appear before tlie Court on the Bth inst. to answer a charge of having made seditious utterances, it is understood that the charges arise out of certain incidents at Sunday night's Second Division League meeting held at the Opera House. A summons has also been issued against the llev. J. H. G. Chappie for an alleged seditious utterance which, it is stated, was made on the 1 West Coast. It is probable that he will appear before the Court on the 10th inst.
