The Government announces that unforeseen difficulties threaten the proposed economic agreement between the Allies and Holland. is believed that Germany objected to Holland placing tonnage at the Allies' disposal. The Government proposes to conscript all males'between the ages of 15 and (>5 f(jr agriculture, and to commandeer horses and organiso boys between the ages of 10 and 15 to assist in agricultural work.
NORWAY AND GERMANY. COPENHAGEN. March 13. The "Politiken" states that owing 10 Norway's agreement with America, the German purihaso office has denounced all contacts with Norwegian firms. The Germans are shutting the office »nd returning to Gtermany.
