Following upon his recent House of | Commons speeches, in which he fell into an eloquent pulpit vein that impressed if it did not quite convince the majority of his fellow-members, Lord Hugh Cecil (son of the late Marquis of Salisbury) has taken to appearing as an Advent preacher in one of the London churches. He is delivering Friday afternoon addresses in St. Mar-tin's-m-the-Fields on "Death," "Judgment," and "Hell."
