ANNUAL CONFERENCE. (press association telegram.) DT7NEDIN, February 38. The Methodist Church Conference opened to-night, about 200 representatives being present. Tho Rev. W. A. Sinclair, tho retiring President, delivered an address. The Rev. T. A. Joughin (Timaru) was inducted as President for the ensuing year. I*lr E.
