Tiaki Rewiri, £166 9s lOd; "William Abram Blackmore v. G. J. Mitchell, £13 16s lid; Mollcr and Young, Ltd., v. J. A. McKinnon (costs only), ss; H. Matson and Co. v. W. H. Trengrove, £190 6s od; Anglo-American Dental Company v. Eileen Johnson, £6 *4s 6d; Booth,. Macdonald and Co., Ltd., v. Fred. H. Gardiner, £6 3s 4d; same v. H. Cuffc, £15 Is 6d; Beath and Co., Ltd., v. James May, £10 4s od; F. D. Ivesteven v. H. G. Ell, £33; J. Ballantyno and Co. v. James and Mrs M. Newton, £3 0s 3d against each defendant. CLAIM FOlt SUBSCRIPTION. The Sumner Bowling Club's case against D. Stevens, claim £2 12s 6d» subscription allegedly due, was continued. Mr Mosley. who appeared for plaintiffs, and who applied for an amendment of the plaint, was told by tho Magistrate that the Act provided that such an amendment could only be made prior to the hearing of the case. The plaintiff would he non-suited. Mr Mosley announced his intention of taking sueli further steps in the matter as he deemed necessary. RESERVED JUDGMENT. Reserved judgment was delivered in the case of Josiah Carpenter y. the Public Trustee and others, a claim by plaintiff under the Wages Protection and l Contractors Liens Act, 1908, for the recovery of £20 9s, the contract price of certain work done by the plaintiff as subcontractor under the defendant Bunt. Judgment was for plaintiff against defendants William Thomas Bunt, Alfred K. England, and Charles S. McCullv, and for the Public Trustee against the plaintiff. The Public Trustee was granted costs. ■ Leave to appeal j was granted.
