SENTENCES OF TWELVE
MONTHS' IMPI?ISONMENT,
Twelve months' imprisonment, with hard labour, is the sentence which has been awarded each of the men, Charies E. Warden and Arthur Borrows, iviio pleaded not guilty before a court-mar-tial on Tuesday to refusing to obey the lawfui commands of their superior officer. Both men were, however, found guilty, and the sentence, which was promulgated, was announced yeste/dav.
