O'Brien was granted, and tho license renewed conditional upon certain repairs being effected. application by tho Licensed Victuallers' Association to allow of outside hotel lights being put out at 6 p.m. was granted. The chairman said he believed the Riccarton Licensing Committee would also agree to this request. The police reported that there were no complaints to make. ELLESMERE.
