» MEETING OF READJUSTMENT COMMISSIONERS. The South Wand Readjustment of Electoral Boundaries Commissioners openoa their sittings in Christchurch at the old Provincial Council Chambers vestcrday morning. There were present: Messrs W. H. Skinner, Commissioner of Crown Lands for Canterbury; Robt T Sadd, Commissioner of Crown Lands for Otago; Thos. Brook, Commissioner of Crown Lands for A\estland • H. Quane, Christchurch, and Harman'Reeves, Dunedin. Mr E. J. Williams is secretary. . The Commissioners are not taking evidence but are considering objections to tho proposed electoral boundaries sent in to them in writing. _ It is likelv that the Commissioners will sit for a number of days in Christchurch.
