M. Renaudel, on behalf of the Socialist group,'read a declaration affirming the Socialists' collaboration with tho Allies in securing tho liberation of Alsace and Lorraine, •with, reparation for the other invaded territories.
"Tho Socialist group," ho said, "adopts the Russian. Government's formula of peace without annexations and indemnities, and regrets that the Government had not reposed confidence in tho patriotism of the Party's 'delegates to'the Stockholm Conference.

(Received Juno 18th. 12.10 a.m.) SALONIKA, Juno 17. The trial of Serbian Blaekhand plotters resulted in sentences of 15 years' imprisonment being imposed on the ringleaders. Ex-General Popovitch hjjs revealed a plot to assassinate the Serbian Prince Alexander, and to establish a Military Oligarchy. The plot is supposed to have been at Austria's instigation.
