Arrangements for the Irish Convention have been practically completed It is expected that the Convention will comprise from 80 to 100 delegates. AMNESTY TO SINN-FEINERS. THE GOVERNMENT APPOINTEES. (Received June 3rd, 5.5 p.m.) LONDON, June 2. The "Daily Chronicle's" Parliamentary correspondent states that there are grounds to believe that the Government will grant an amnesty to the Sinn Eein prisoners in order to create an atmosphere favourable to the Iris): Convention. The Convention's members will 'rcludo Lord Dunraven, Lord MacDonnell, Baron Pirrio, Sir Horace PlunKett, Sir Hutchinson Poe, Mr George Russell, and also a few members of the House of Commons! Every County Council in Ireland has demanded its own delegate. CONVENTION MEMBERSHIP. (Received Juno 3rd, 0.0 p.m.) LONDON, Juno 2. Tho "Daily Chronicle" states th.it the Convention will consist of 101 members, including 15 Government nominees. THE UNIONISTS' ATTITUDE. WILL PARTICIPATE IN CONVENTION. (Australian and N.Z. Cablo Association.) (Received June 3rd, 5.5 LONDON, June 2. Tho Irish Unionist Allianco has resolved to participate in the Irish Convention.
