INCREASE OF STORAGE CAPACITY.

In view of tho lack of shipping' and tho possibility of congested storage next year, Borthwick's and Nelson Bros, contemplate increasing the storage capacity at the Pakipaki and Tomoana works by 60,000 and 40,000 carcases respectively. The Hawko's Bay Farmers' Meat Company is also increasing its capital in order to extend the storage capacity at the Whakatti works. It is estimated that it will take thirty steamers to clear the present stocks at tho various works in tho Dominion.
