HOKITIKA "TIMES" SUSPENDS PUBLICATION. (PRESS ASSOCIATION" TELEGRAM.) HOKITIKA, May 31. An arrangemont has been come to whereby an amalgamation of tho "Hokitikfl, Guardian'' (evening), and the "West Coast Times" (morning) newspapers has been made. In consequence, from to-morrow tho "Times" will suspend publication. Tho reason for the suspension is the shortage of news paper, and the difficulty of obtaining supplies. Tho "Times" has been circulating in the district for fifty-two years, and is the oldest established daily newspaper on the West Coast. Tho proprietors announce that tho suspension will probably only bo for the duration of the war.
