Storey Walton, Marine Superintendent for the Union Company at Wellington, went north by tlie ferry steamer last evening. The Union Company's steamer Kowhai left Westport on Saturday night •with a full load of coal for Lyttelton. SHIPPING TELEGRAM. AUCKLAND. May 7, Sailed, Canopus (5.30 pjn.), for Westport.
