Captain P. F. McEvedy, M.8., 8.5.. Lond. (dated April llth, 1917). The notice published in the New Zealand Gazette, No. 61, of July 27th, 1911, relative to Lieutenant-Colonel H. A. De Latour, V.D., resigning his commission, dated June Ist, 1911, is cancelled. Lieutenant-Colonel H. A. D e Lautour, 8.D.. is posted to the Retired List, with permission to retain his rank and wear tile prescribed uniform, with effect from Juno Ist. 1911.
