: I'F.KINSULA ASSOCIATION. A meeting of delegates to the Foilinsula .no Association was held at Duvaucliolle • un Friday. The president, Mr F. Priest, I occupied the chair, and there wero also prc- ! fr:i:L--Meeers C. Craw, W. Boyle, J. pocova:i, P. Westonra, J. Mould, and S. Gilbert. ! A sub-committee, consisting of Messrs Priest and Mould, was appointed to visit Ihe jok range up Duvauehelie Valley, to report •vith respect to .necessary repairs, and to interview Lieut. Livingstone in order to rind on! whether the Dofenc© Department would defray the cost of repairs. Failing Una latter, "the Association would have -o impose a levy on members. On the motion of Mr C. Craw, seconded L-y Mr P. Westenrii, it was resolved: "Tliat sbjeld matches be fired under the following conditions: —For juniors _as well as for seniors, a team of eight, 6ix to count.' It was agreed that the Association lire a mutch nt Pigeon Bay with the Christchurch IVfcnco Rifle Club on May lath. Th© | Peninsula team will comprise Messrs C. 1 Ciaw. F. Priest. S. Gilbert, P.
