TATTERSALL'S HORSE SALE. Messrs H. Matson and Co. had ai entry of 37 horses on Saturday. The de rnand for good young farm horses wai very k'een ; but as not many of these were offering, a lot of would-be buyeri had to go away with their wants un satisfied, while hacks and aged horse! sold at late rates. Leslie for £12 ; a Duncan plough realised £19, roller £16, cultivator £8 10s, horse rake £5 10s, 3-lcaf harrows £4 10s, spring dray £17, tip dray £8, rubber-tyred gig £33. The cows, horses and harness also sold satisfactorily. The piano realised £100, and the whole of the furnishings sold exceptionally well.

We beg to draw special attention to a salo of furniture in solid oak, to bo held to-morrow (Tuesday) on the premises, No. 38 Stratford street, Fendalton, on account of Sir Cecil Moon; on view to-day, Monday, from 1 p.m.; and on Thursday next, on account of the Public Trustee, in the estate of the late W.
