' A German official wireless message states: — "We have captured Buzue. A BULGARIAN ADVANCE. LONDON, Dccembcr 15. A Bulgarian communique states:— "Our advanced detachments readied the Bucharcst-Fetcsi railway. "Russian warships bombarded Baltchik." Fetcsci is near Cerv^oda. Baltchik is in the Dobrudja, north of Varna. FETICSCI"ENTERED. LONDON. December 16. A Bulgarian communique says "We have entered Fetcsci." CLEARING THE DOBRUDJA. (Received December 17th, 5.5 p.m.) LONDON. December 15. A German communique says:— "Our Dobrudja army is pursuing th(« enemy who, as the result of our rapid advance in Great Wallachia, evacuated their positions yesternight." CAPTURE OF GRAIN.
