The Minister also approves of the committee's recommendation that the A arbitrator's decision shall lie final in all appeals, and that on e supervisor only shall be appointed. )[r Mac Donald informed Mr F. H. Labatt, secretary of the Woolgrowers' Committee, that he wished to thank I t jj a t body for so ably assisting to put the scheme on a satisfactory basis. The committee reports that further details will bo furnished to woolgrowers at an early date, and in the meantime desires to point out that Mr Xicholls will now be prepared to arbitrate on any lots on which the. values are in question.
