The main school, Napier, was total!} destroyed bv tire on Tuesday night. The building, which was valncd a,t £5000, accommodated about 700 pupils. (PEKSS ASSOCIATION TXLZSKIK.) "WELLINGTON, December 7. The Bellevue Gardens Hotel, Lower Hutt, was destroyed by firo early this morning. The insurance on the hotel "was: — On buildings, Commercial Union £1450 and Northern £300; on contents, Northern £370. Liverpool, and London and Globe £650.
