CANTERBURY AVIATION COMPANY.
STATUTORY MEETING OF SHAREHOLDERS. The statutory meeting of the shareholders in the Canterbury (New Zealand) Aviation Company, Limited, was held yesterday afternoon in Mr C. W. Hervcy's rooms, Cathedral square. The Hon. H. F. Wigram presided. The statutory report of the company was submitted, and was adopted. The following directors were elected: —Colonel R. A. Chaffey, Messrs R. Allen, R. Bell, A. W. Beaven, GT. Humphreys, C. H. Hewlett, C. W. Reid, S. G. Raymond, and the Hon. H. F. Wigram, M.L.C. Mr AY-alter J • Moore was appointed auditor. At a meeting of the directors, held afterwards, the Hon. H". F. Wigram was elected chairman. The chairman reported that to date 40 intending pupils had enrolled, and enquiries had been received from 30 others who were likely to become pupils. Draft regulations to be issued to pupils, which had been approved bv the Hon. Colonel Allen, Minister of Defence, were submitted and considered and were adopted. '
