Tho Berlin correspoendent of the '■'Mow York Times" obtained exclusively a speech by Enver Pasha in tho Turkish Parliament, indicating that plans wero being laid for the invasion of Egypt. Enver Pasha said that the Turkish offensive against Suez had not been given up, and that they were preparing for large! scale operations against Egypt. Tho campaign would bo resumed at the right moment. The retreat in the Caucasus was due to the lack of* communications, but the southern army, was preparing for another offensive. Turkey had sent troops, to assist in Galicia, in the Dobrudja. and at Seres and . Drama, whilo still retaining sufficient to defend her own territory.
