PURSUANT to the provisions of the Conntiea Act, 1908, PI'BLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the following resolution, which is intended to bo made a Special Order, wn« passed by the Hcathcoto County Council &t a Special Meeting of the said Council held on the 11th November, 1916, at 7.20 p.m.; — In pursuance of the powers and authorities vested in it by "The Counties Act, 1908,'' "The Municipal Corporations Act, 1905." "The Local Bodies Loans Act, 1913," "Tho Lake Coleridge Water Power Act, 1915," and the Acts amending the same, and of an Ordex-in-Council published in tho "N.Z.
