ARRANGING A SUPPLY. (Auitr&li&n and N.Z. Cable Association.) (Received Novemlier 12th, 5.5 p.m.) LONDON. November 11. Mr E. S. Montagu, Minister of Munitions, in a speech at the Aldwych Club, said that the War Office, the Ministry of Munitions, and the Man Power Board, hoped soon to complete arrangements for a continuous supply of men for the army and munition ;vorks. r SHIPPING AND ECONOMY. LONDON. November 10. Tho War Savings Committee urges the institution of a meatless day to save £500,000 weekly, economise shipping, and prevent increases in the price of meat. Mr \Y. R uncinian. President of the Board 'of Trade. has announced that all vessels building in Great Britain for neutrals must be sold to British subiects or chartered by the British Government for the war period at half the market rate.
