An Italian communique eays:— "Our artillery prevented an. enemy attempt to consolidate the positions we evacuated on the summit of Monte Cimone. •'We decisively repulsed counter-at-tacks on tho position at Mount Sief, which wc captured on Saturday." NO ARMISTICE. (Received September 27th, 10.5 p.m.) VIENNA. September 27. A communique says:— "Tho Italians would not accept a local armistice after the capture by us of the Cimouc summit."
