DAMAGE IN VICTORIA. (By Cable. —Press Association. —UopjTletl) MELBOURNE, September 27. The flood 8 were responsible for the deaths of three boys, making a total of thirteen people drowned. At Seymour the floods have rendered four hundred pccpio homeless. RAIN IN NEW SOUTH WALES. (Received September 27th. 5.5 p.m.) SYDNEY, September 27. The splendid general rains which are falling have milch enhanced the crop prospects, which are generally imported to be very promising. RAIN HAS CEASED. (Received September 27th, 10.35 p.m.) MELBOURNE. September 27. The rain has ceased.
