DUNEDIN, September 11. ! In the Police Court to-day, Thomas Gills and Henry Ottcrholt, * who hold diplomas of an American College as Doctors of Chiropractic, were each lined £o and costs, on the ground that not beinqr registered they practised medicine under the titic of '•Doctors of Chropractics," implying that they were specially qualified" to practise, medicine. Security for appeal was fixed. Percival Commins was charged that not being registered under the Act of 1914, ho practised medicine under the stylo of "Doctor."' Defendant was fined twenty shillings and costs. j
