(PEES 3 ASSOCIATION TELEGRAM.) NELSON, June 4. A scow, "which has not yet been identified, but which there is every reason to believe is the Southern IsJe, has been observed upside down off Farewell Spit. The Southern Isle left Puponga for Picton on Sunday with a load of coal. There is no trace of the crew of five —Captain Gibson, A. Foster (engineer). CI. Monteaih (A.8.), and the cook and a boy. A party left Nelson for the scene of the wreck to-day.
