The Lord Mayor of London has cabled that, the National Committee for the Relief of Belgium is arranging to hold a children's day throughout the Empire on July 10th, in aid of the 2.500..000 children of Belgium, the majority ot whom arc destitute, but who. through the Neutral Committee, are provided with a daily ration just enough to keep them alive. The committee appeals to the children of Australia and New Zealand to assist, and asks the educational authorities to organise in support of the object.
