THE TEPID BATH.

TO THE EDITOR OK ''TIIK PRESS." Sir. —In connexion with the above it would be interesting to ;i la: go number of lady swimmers to know the position of cho Council's lady instructor. This lady appears to bo completely left out of the discussions regarding the facilities at the City Baths for learning swimming, and as she is a thoroughly competent swimmer and teacher, and very popular, it seems rather strange that her work should l»e so completely ignored. The whole position of the management of the baths is evidently somewhat tangled, and appears rather more than the Bath Committee can handle, and for the good of .the baths and patrons generally it is about time the matter was tackled in a businesslike manner, and all the unfortunate quibbling ended for good.—Yours, etc.. DISGUSTED.
