In re Arthur Hall Fletcher (Mr Dougall) motion for commission, the new rules were dispensed with, and the matter was referred to the Registrar to report re commission. JIAGISTERIAL. (Before Mr H. W. Bishop, S.M.) DRUNKEN NESS* Three male and one female first offending inebriates were each fined os, or 24 hours' imprisonment-. "William Adams, a second offender, was fined 10s or IS hours' imprisonment. PROCURING LIQUOR. Laura Hunter, who appeared on remand charged with procuring liquor while prohibited, was convicted and discharged. OBSCENE LANGUAGE. Hannah Jean Little was charged with drunkenness and using obscene language in Belfast street. On the charge of drunkenness accused was fined 5s or 24 hours' imprisonment. and on the obscene language charge, 40s or one month's imprisonment. JUDGMENT SUMMONS CASE. Frank Carter was ordered to pay £15 8s in instalments of 2s 6d weekly to William John Hardvment, in default eighteen days' imprisonment.
