Other offices ask 10 per cent., and somo aro refusing this class of risk nltogothcr. WAR TIME ECONOMY. SYDNEY, April 7. The Postmaster-General, Avith a viotf to economy during tho war, has asked tho Municipal Councils and kindred bodies to curtail their demands for postal, telegraphic and telephonic facilities.
