OFFICERS GIVEN POWER.
In pursuance of Section 18 of the Expeditionary Forces Act, the following Commanding Officers shall haVe and shall be deemed to have had the summary jurisdiction of Commanding Officers under the Army Act over offences punishable by the Army Act. committed in New Zealand by members of the New Zealand Expeditionary Force:— Colonel S. Newall. C.8.. T.D., Reserve of Officers, Military Commandant of King George V.. Hospital, Rotorua. Lieutenant-Colonel H. ft. Potter, N.Z.S.C, Camp Commandant, Trentham Camp. Major (temporary Lieutenant-Colonel) A. E. Loach, 13th (North Canterbury and Westland) Regiment, Military Commandant of Hanmer Convalescent Home.
Major (temporary Lieutenant-Col-onel) X. P. Adams. N.Z.F.A., Camp Commandant, Featherston Camp.
