Owing to the diminution of the available shipping of the Commonwealth by the sale of vessels, and further pending sales, the Federal Executive has approved a regulation under which any vessel owned, or under charter, in the Commonwealth, and British vessels ■which have arrived, or are arriving, in Australia, may not leave for an oversea destination unless they are licensed. Vessels engaged iu the regular trade between Australia and New Zealand or the Pacific .Islands are exempt from this regulation. ENEMY SHAREHOLDERS, LISTS TO BE SUPPLIED. (Received March 10th, 10 p.m.") MELBOURNE, March 10. • A regulation has been issued ordering companies to supply lists of enemy shareholders.
