The Talune -which arrived from the Wands last night,, brought 30 soldiers from the Samoan Garrison Three have been invalided home. 13 have returned to join the reinforcements, and 13 are time expired men who have returned to renort~ for orders. . Caotam Brodic of Hawkc's Bay. is in charge of the oartv the names being:—Sergeants ShlrfeV, Wood, and Simpson Yctenn-an'-Scrireant Glenn. Corporals M.llar, sen Privates■ Midgley, Reley Pattson CanybeU. fc^'paul.tSn.andStobo.
