Regulations prohibit the formation of new companies, the increasing of capital, or the issue of shares, debentures or bonds, without the Treasurer's consent. BROKEN lIILL STRIKE. UNSUCCESSFUL APPEAL FOR FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE. (Received January 28th, 11.15 p.m.) SYDNEY, January 28. Probably owing to their holding up of the production of munitions, the appeal of the Broken Hill strikers for funds is not securing the usual whole-hearted support of unionists. The Cobar miners have refused financial assistance.
