SUMMARY AND FORECAST. The following is Mr Pemberton's -weather summary for the past 21 hours: — The centre of the low barometric pressure has paeeod to the south-eastward of the Dominion. West a-nd south-west windfl have predominated, equally occasionally in the South during last night, but decreasing in energy since. Fair weather has. ruled exoept in WestJand and Otago, where scattered eho wore were reported last night and this morning. Present indications are for variable breezes, with moderate ©ontlierlieo prevailing northward of New Plymouth and Napier, and westerlies eleewhere. There is a prospect of fair weather generally, and a further increase in atmospheric pressure is likely to take place.
