From thenco to the Pripet marshes Prince Leopold of Bavaria is in charge. From the Pripet to tho. Tkwa region General von Linsingen is in command, while up to tho Roumanian border the Archduke. Frederick has charge. General von Pflanzer commands the Austrian Army in Eastern Bukowina, and General von Bothmer the Germans on tfho Middlo Stryoa.

Major Moraht, tho German'military authority, writing in the "Berliner Tageblatt," says ho expects the German commanders to strike before tho newRussian assault bccomes effective.
