(Received December 1-lth, 9.1-j p.m.) Mr Holman proposes to ask the Assembly to disagree with the Councils amendment to the Liquor Bill. If the Council persists in its attitude, the measure will probably be dropped. WAR POWERS BILL. SIDNEY, .December 14. The sujiT crop statistics for 1910 show that 92.011 acres produced 1.103,217 tons of cane, yielding 143,427 tons of BUirar, rcpresentiac a decrease as compared with 1914 of 82.420 tons.
