♦ A meeting of the Executive Committee of the New Brighton Gala was li»)d Imst night. The Mayor (Mr J. A. Flesheri presided. It was decided to a«k Mr G. V. Bishop and M»a Patirick to endeavour to arrange for a floral procession by 'hi- school children. Tho Mayor. M«»sra G. L. 01!'. C. H. Winnv, «ml G. T. Kobiiwon were appointed a Pier Amusements Sub-committee.
