GENDARMES AND MERCENARIES ROUTED. ROAD TO RAMADAN OPENED. (Received December 10th. 1.10 a.m.) PETROGRAD. December 10. An official communique says:— "Russian troops have occupied Sultan Butak Pr.ss, between Teheran and Hamadan, after routing the gendarnes and German mercenaries, who were led by German and Turkish officers, ['he road to Hamadan is open."
