The newspaper comments aro favourable to Mr Fisher's appointment as I Hish many newspapers publish photographs. The "Evening Sews" re-publishes the silly story of his attending a function at Westminster Abbey in a tweed suit, thus intentionally defying the conventions. It also refers to the Stead interview with Mr Fisher on Imperial relations.
