(Before Mr T. A. B. Bailev S.M.) DRUNKENNESS. Throe male first offenders were each fined 5s in default 24 hours' imprisonment. George William Spicer was charged with a third offence of drunkenness. He was convicted and ordered to cooie up for sentence when called upon. theft. John Allen, an old man of 75, appeared on a charge of stealing a quantity of meat and a caul; Sower, valued at 2s, the property of Henry Hucks. Ho was convicted and ordered to come up for sentence when called upon.
