CHRISTMAS GIFTS FOR RED CROSS NURSES.
Some of our readers having expressed a wish to join in pending Christmas gifts to the nurses at the front, wo communicated with tho committee of the local lted Cross Branch of St. John Ambulance Association, who very kindly consented to take charge of donations for this purposo, and send tho gifts as desired. We have much pleasure, therefore, in inviting subscriptions for this excellent object, and shall be glad to receive and acknowledge any donation however small.
