All men in Schleswig between tho ages of thirty-nine and fifty without previous service have been called up at two hours' notice. AUSTRIA'S LAST LINE. (Received July 29th. 12.5 a.m.) LONDON, July 28. Tho Budapest correspondent of tho Birmingham "Daily Post" says that tho calling out of the last of tho AustroHungarian Landsturm, which will bo completed on October 7th. will add nearly 800,000 men to tho Army, including men between tho ages of 43 and 50.
