stores). Th© yarding totalled 1698, as against 2594 last week, and included 17 fat owes. 35 fat wethers, 328 fat lambs, and 1318 stores. Tho small yarding of fafc ctvo_, and wethers sold well, but thero was keen competition for tho lambs, and prices wero very firm, ono buyer taking the lot at prices ranging p* to 25s 9d. Tho following was the rang© of prices obtained:—Fat owes Ids 8d to 20s 4d, fat wethers 19s 4d to 20s •Id, fat lambs 21s od to 25s 9d. The yarding of store sheep included 413 hoggets, tho balance being ewes in lamb. Thero was a poor demand, and more than half tho yarding was passed at auction.
