BOHEMIAN REGIMENT DISHONOURED. PARIS, July 22. The "Matin" quotes an Army Order found on a German nontenant, in which it is noted that the Emperor Francis Joseph, overwhelmed with grief, ordered the 28th Regiment of Royal Infantry to bo erased from the list of tho Army for eternity, for cowardice and high treason in the faco of the enemy. The order states: "Those officers and men who remain will havp to expiate this grievous fault with thoir blood." Two battalions of this Bohemian regiment surrendered to a Russian Battalion at the Dukla Pass in April, without using their arms. AUSTRIAN SHORTAGE OF COPPER.
