Uat«h3, Government Jletoorologist, supplied the following weather report at ■A p.m. yeetcrday: — Unsettled and gkomy conditions have prevailed, with rain in most parts of the country, ;ind stormy conditions, especially in the North. Northerly and wceiorly winds strong to gale have ruled, and the barometer hs-3 risen :n the South, but fallen steadily in the North. Present indications are far the- predominance of strong eouth-weeterly winds, with cold and chnngeablo conditioxis, rain probable sencrally. The barometer is "unsteady, but wOl probably rise- everywhere coon.
